Ebenezer Church and Scots Church Pitt Town have proved to be popular venues for weddings, each church offering an attractive heritage setting in a quiet location.

It is interesting to note that both of our churches have been used for weddings in television series, especially the popular series of earlier years, ‘A Country Practice’.

Many prospective brides or grooms have chosen to be married in our parish because of their connection with the church pioneer families. Their ancestors settled in this district around 1803 and built Ebenezer Church in 1809 and Scots Church Pitt Town in 1862.

Others come because of the beauty of our heritage buildings and surrounding grounds and the warm personal service.
